The accommodation for contestants will be at the IBS (International Business School) Garden Hotel. Double rooms will be provided with an en-suite bathroom. The dormitory is 20 minutes away from the venue by public transport at Budapest, Tárogató út 2.

The accommodation for delegates and VIP guest will be at the Novotel Budapest City Hotel (Budapest, Alkotás u. 63, 1123). This is approximately a 5 minute walk from the University of Physical Education, where the championship will be held.
